As the founder and managing director of Romar Trading NV, Milton Harms oversees a dynamic enterprise with 120 employees. His team has a liquor, wine, food, and tobacco import and distribution footprint spanning Aruba and the neighboring islands of Curaçao and Bonaire. Maintaining a market-leading industry presence, Milton Harms has guided the acquisition of complementary enterprises, including Licores Aruba NV, Unisales NV, and Heineken Aruba NV.

Mr. Harms also leads Romar Freezone NV, which focuses on re-exporting duty-free items in Aruba, Panama, and Curaçao. Through Bejumied Holding NV, operated as a joint venture with the Moravian Church Foundation, he manages various auto dealerships and Hertz Car Rental franchises across three islands.

Mr. Harms’ entrepreneurial pursuits extend to managing RomarPfixx Solar Freezone NV, which has developed the Aruba International Airport’s pioneering Solar Car Park. He serves on the boards of entities such as the Aruba Airport Authority NV, Servicio de Telecomunicacion di Aruba (SETAR) NV, and Arubus NV. Mr. Harms is an avid tennis and golf player who also enjoys swimming and sailing.
